Last July 4-5, 2018, tha Municipality of Pilar, under its Performance Governance System (PGS) program, conducted its 2nd Vision Aligned Circle Revalida at the Municipal Conference Room.The Municipality's partner in their PGS journey, Akbay Pilar (MSGC-Pilar), was represented by Ms. Ma. Salome Inlong (MSGC Chairman), Mr. Erwin Bautista, and Ms. Rosario Diwa, who served as panelists alongside the other Core Team members.
Each Vision Aligned Circle (VAC) presented their Pinaka Importanteng Gawain (PIG) and how they were able to achieve it in a span of six (6) months. Before each presentation, the Office for Strategy Management, Ms. Ma. Celestial Doreen H. Pizarro and Ms. Aila Mariz Zabala, presents the Strategy Map and how the municipality goes about with the attainment of its vision.
The awarding for the Vision Aligned Circle Revalida is on July 9, 2019.
